Oral Health & Beyond Incorporates KIDS, DentalCareXtra, Snoring Laser Care and Novogen are seeking a highly skilled Oral Health Therapist to join our team at our Marian and Mackay Practice. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality oral health care to patients of all ages.
- Conducting comprehensive oral health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Providing preventive and therapeutic services, including scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and oral health education.
- Administering local anesthesia and applying fissure sealants as required.
- Collaborating with our team of dental professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Oral Health or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia as an Oral Health Therapist.
- Current AHPRA registration and indemnity insurance.
- Highly skilled in all areas of oral health therapy.
- High level of patient care and empathy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of current oral health technology and techniques.
